Air Fryer Used; Ninja Foodi 6.5 QT - works for any air fryer -
Ingredients Needed:
-1 pack of Wingettes ; Usually around1 pound
-1/2 Tsp Baking Powder (100% Necessary for the Crisp)
-Dry Seasonings of your choice, I use a mixture of Garlic, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Cajun and Paprika.
-If wanting wet wings, sauce of your choice.
Directions:
-Preheat Air Fryer to 375 degrees on Air Crisp with Basket in Place
-Rinse Wings and Pat Dry, Wings must be dry going into the fryer.
-Place wings into a mixing bowl, coat with your dry seasonings and baking powder. Toss wings until evenly coated.
-Place wings in Air Fryer and cook for 25 minutes on 275 degrees, tossing half way through.
-Turn Air Fryer to 400 degrees for the last 5 minutes for the ultimate crisp.
-If wanting wet wings, remove wings from fryer into a clean mixing bowl, coat with sauce and toss.
-Serve Hot
