Ladies and Gentlemen,
I present you to you, the cheesiest of cheesy macaroni and cheese recipes. Thibs recipe may look slightly off to you, but I promise, once you taste it you will be a firm believer. Do not skip any ingredients, its highly recommended to follow this recipe exactly. When finished, throw some breadcrumbs and melted butter on top and broil it til browned and you will always be invited to the cookout. Trust me.
Mac n cheese for 2; double if necessary, do not adjust time.
Ingredients: 1 cup noodles 1 cup chicken broth (I used 2 bouillon to 1 cup water) Parmesan Cheese Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp sour cream 1.5 Tbsp Butter 1/2 tsp- 1tsp of the following ; Garlic Powder Onion Powder Ranch Seasoning Black Pepper Dash of Chili Powder
Directions:
Combine noodles, broth, butter & seasonings. Pressure Cook 5 Minutes, then Quick Release. Open & mix in remaining ingredients (cheeses & sour cream) until combined. If it doesn’t melt right away, just turn on the “keep warm” setting and stirring until melted.
