I personally use a 3qt mini, still should cook the same in other sizes. There is enough for about 3-4 people, double it if needed do not adjust cook times.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts 1 large potato peeled and diced 2 carrots peeled and cut 2 stalks of celery cut 1 small onion diced 2 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup cream of chicken 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2-1 tbsp garlic 1 tsp parsley 2 bay leafs
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Toss it all in, set to 25 minutes on manual pressure cook.
Quick release, shred chicken , whisk 1tbsp cornstarch to 1tbsp water and mix . Stir into stew and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until thick
